My Trash Men:)

This may be the best pic of all time!!!! Cody taking the trash out
so Parker had to get him a little bag to walk out to the dump! haha

Anyone who has been around Parker knows that he is OBSESSED and I mean OOOBBBBBSSSSEESSEEDDD with taking the trash out.... I'm almost thinking he needs to go to therapy for his OCD-ness...haha! He will walk around the house trying to find trash to put in the trash can... he wakes up saying trash...anytime we change a diaper if you don't let him take the diaper to the trash he FREAKS OUT! I guess the good news in all of this is that I don't ever have to worry about his room being dirty, or the house for that matter:)

Swimming in the rain...

This child has NO FEAR in the water!

Parker wearing daddy's hat...haha... he wasn't a huge fan
of the pool until the end when he got brave and started jumping off
the side like sis:)

She literally wants to swim by herself and kept trying
to get out of Cody's arms!

Daddy doing a cannon ball...

..... they thought it was the FUNNIEST thing he has ever done!!
(Love this pic!)
So, today is the first Saturday we have all been home together in FOREVER! We had decided a few days ago that we would take the kids swimming this weekend (not knowing about the rain)... anyways, it was cloudy outside this morning but not raining so we pushed the kids to the pool around the corner! As soon as we are getting them out of the stroller it started to sprinkle...good news is that all it did.... until we left an hour late! It started flooding about 3 minutes after we walked back in our door! Good news is we got to swim and had the whole pool to ourselves:)
Nothing else going on around here... just gonna hang around today and grill out this evening!

4th of July!!

Sis getting the lawn mower out at the party!
(Carter in the background)

Monkey See, Monkey Do... Brudder had to get the other one! :)

My little fish:) I hardly ever get a chance to take them
swimming because she likes to swim and Parker doesn't
so it's pretty much impossible to do by myself, but yesterday
Sissy LOVE LOVE LOVED it... I mean you would have thought she
had been in the water all summer (It was only her 2nd time..haha)

Princess catchin some rays!

My litte trash man... seriously he is OCD about trash! He wakes
up talking about it, then he will walk around the house looking for
any sign of trash to throw away...haha! He was in heaven with 2
trash cans!

I brought our bounce house over for all of the kids to play in...
It was a HUGE hit!

My sweet man... loves to jump!!

Sis watching the bog boys jump into the
pool... I'm sure she wanted to join them!

Big man!

She loved this lawn mower!
So, yesterday we went to Mike and Benita's 5th Annual 4th of July party! The kids had a BLAST! Kaylie LOVES to swim and Parker was just happy to be running around outside... Meredith came with me so we could have a 1:1 ratio! (Cody is in Bryan... so Meredith helped tremendously!)
Nothing much else has been going on around here... just trying to keep these kiddos busy! They're napping now, so I better go get a shower.... I think we will go play at the mall this afternoon!

Finger Paints and Bubble Baths

My little artists creating their master piece:)

Sweet girl... LOVED painting!

Love my little man... he loved painting too!

Bubble bath to get all the paint off!

Sweet guy!
So, today we had a fun-filled day! We started off with a play date at the splash park, which the kids LOVED! Then came home for lunch and a nap... after nap time I got the creative and made homemade finger paint (2 cups water, 2 cuprs flour, and food coloring). The kids had never painted before, so I knew they would be thrilled to do something new! I set up the Easel outside on the patio and they went at it... they thought it was the best thing EVER! (To bad the "paint" didn't actually stick to the paper, but they didn't know the difference...haha!) After painting, they had a bubble bath in our tub (always a treat)! Dinner was at Christina's Mexican Restaurant, then dessert at Nana Yogurt...yummy!! Needless to say, it's 8p and they have been asleep an hour... I'm right behind them..night night (as Sissy says!)
