The past few days...
The kids got this easel for thier first birthday... since then
they have really started to like coloring, so I got it out
of the attic and Kaylie LOVES it!

This past weekend we went to the Fort Worth Zoo..

Terrible blogger I know....
Serioulsy has it been almost a week and a half since I last posted any pics of my sweet babies, I mean toddlers!?! Well I don't have any new pic uploaded to the computer at this moment, but I wanted to let everyone know what I will be doing a week from today!
Long story short... Mom was at Yoga a few weeks and she met a lady who had on a shirt that said "Height Goddess". Of course mom had to talk to her (she talks to EVERYONE!) because of her shirt! Come to find out this lady is the business developer for a jean/ clothing line called Height Goddess... they got to talking and the lady said they were looking for models over 6 feet tall to model they're jeans! Without hestation mom said "Oh my gosh, my daughter would be perfect for that".... umm, yeah so I get a call from mom the next morning telling me the whole story and she told me to send some pics to the lady... my response was "Mom, what have you gotten me into now!" haha... so I did and she emailed back saying she would like me to come for a fitting!
So this past Saturday I went to the fitting and everything fit PERFECT! The jeans are AWESOME... they put my Rockin' Republics to shame!! So I got an email Saturday night saying they want me to be a model for them on GOOD MORNING TEXAS! (For all the people outside of the Dallas/Ft. Worth area it's a local show on ABC here! ) So yeah.... next Tuesday, March 23rd at 9am I will be struttin' my stuff on TV! (I will post a link to the website link once it airs)Hahahahahaha... I still find it pretty comical because anyone who really knows me knows that isn't something I would go out and find...hopefully I don't fall on my face!! Oh yeah, and I got an email this morning saying they want me for the photo shoot this Sunday for their website! I will get the pics on a CD so I will post a few once I get them back... check out the online store at www.heightgoddess.com ... anyone over 6ft would LOVE them!!! (shortest inseam is 35")
So that's what I have going on... I will post pics from our past weekend tomorrow!

The pics above are from Saturday... Meredith and I took the kids to the Dallas World Aquarium! They had a BLAST!!! Kaylie LOVES animals... I mean seriously, she "ohhhh's" and "ahhhh's" over all of them...haha! And she doesn't have a shy bone in her body... she was just running all over the place telling everyone hi! Parker on the other hand would only go close to the fish tanks and cages if he saw sissy do it first...haha!
Today, we just hung around the house. Besides the fact that it was raining all day, I got 4 napmat orders Friday that I needed to get started on, so Cody played with the kids most of the day so I could lock myself in the room and sew:) 4 napmats in a day is a Mimi Made It record!!!! So exciting... I can't wait to see how the business grows!
I guess that's all for now, gotta go do more sewing and then off to bed! I will try not to keep everyone waiting an entire week for more pics and updates of the kids:)

This past weekend...
This past weekend Mom and I (Cody was out of town for a 30th birthday party) the kids to the Arboretum... they LOVED it:) Ran around like wild Indians! We also had Sterling, Hannah, and Ali with us (they were the girls I nannied for in college and my flower girls!!)

Ali ran with me to the store and she just HAD to
have a dress to match Kaylie for our playdate!! hahaha..
So stinkin cute!
This was the best picture I got of her all day... she
kept running as far as she could from us!!
Right before this picture Kaylie ran right up to Parker
and started talking non-stop like she knew exactly what
she was saying to him....I swear they have their own language:)
Ali was dying to get a picture with Kaylie in their matching
dresses but Kaylie was not having any part of it!!
